Given that the "Professional Special Environment System R&D and Manufacturing Base Project (Phase II)" (hereinafter referred to as the "project to be completed this time") under the special stock issuance to specific targets has met certain business demands, in order to improve the efficiency of capital utilization and reduce financial costs, the company plans to permanently allocate the remaining balance of 60.9366 million yuan (final amount subject to the bank's interest settlement balance on the day of fund transfer) from the aforementioned fundraising project account to working capital, while canceling the corresponding special fundraising account.
