The Board of Directors further announced that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Fuhui Mazhe Accounting Firm Limited has been appointed as the new auditor, effective from December 11, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of JTF INTL, with a term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of Shareholders.
