Gelonghui, December 11th丨Guangdong Construction (002060.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Comprehensive Energy Project Cooperation Framework Agreement" with CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide (referred to as "CNNC Titanium Dioxide") to jointly invest and develop a comprehensive energy project in Baijun City, Gansu Province. The company and CNNC Titanium Dioxide will utilize their own advantages to cooperatively invest and develop the following three projects:

1. Cogeneration Project: Construction of 2×440t/h high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers + 2×59MW back-pressure steam turbine generator sets, located in the Yindong Industrial Park, Baiyin High-tech Zone, Baiyin City. The construction unit is Gansu Zhonghe Tong Thermal Energy Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNNC Titanium Dioxide). The project mainly provides steam and power for CNNC Titanium Dioxide's circular industry project, focusing on steam production, cogeneration, with steam determining electricity output. The total investment is estimated to be about 0.8 billion yuan, with a projected construction period of 2 years.

2. Source-Grid-Load-Storage Project: Construction of 0.6 million kilowatts of photovoltaic or wind power generation (subject to actual approval) and the establishment of collection stations, transmission and distribution lines, and 60,000 kilowatts/0.12 million kilowatt-hours of energy storage, serving as a supporting project for CNNC Titanium Dioxide's circular industry project. The construction site is in Zhongquan Town, Jingtai County, Baiyin City, and the construction unit is Baiyin CNNC Times New Energy Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNNC Titanium Dioxide). The total investment is expected to be about 2.5 billion yuan, with a projected construction period of 2 years.

3. Jingtai New Energy Project: Construction of photovoltaic or wind power generation projects, with the construction site located in Jingtai County, Baiyin City. The construction unit is Baiyin Zhonghe Times New Energy Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baiyin CNNC Times New Energy Co., Ltd.), responsible for developing all new energy projects obtained by CNNC Titanium Dioxide in Baiyin City. The initial investment includes a 0.05 million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project (already obtained filing certificate) and a 0.2 million kilowatt wind power generation project (already obtained construction Indicators), with a total investment estimated at about 0.97 billion yuan. The goal is to achieve a total installed capacity of 2 million kilowatts, with supporting construction of 10%×2h energy storage.
