According to Zhito Finance APP, China Communications Design (600720.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Communications Highway Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Public Planning Institute"), formed a consortium through equity participation with related parties such as the Second Navigation Bureau, the Fourth Company of the Second Navigation Bureau, China Communications Leasing, and the Group of the First Public Bureau, which are four subsidiaries of China Communications Construction, as well as Anhui Construction Engineering Group Corporation and other social partners, and won the bid for the "S24 Hangzhou-Hefei Expressway Wuhu Taishan Road Yangtze River Bridge and Connecting Line Project Franchise Project."

On December 10, 2024, the consortium received the "Bid Notification" issued by the Wuhu City Public Resources Trading Center. The total investment of the project is approximately 15.506 billion yuan, with the project's self-raised capital ratio not less than 20%, which is about 3.1012 billion yuan. The Public Planning Institute needs to invest 3.1012 million yuan in project capital according to its equity participation ratio of 0.1%.
