Gelonghui reported on December 11 that SINO ICT (00365.HK) announced that Li Jinxi has resigned as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors due to work arrangement adjustments, effective from December 11, 2024.

It further announced that Bai Yu has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, effective from December 11, 2024.

From December 11, 2024, the Audit Committee will consist of two independent non-executive directors and one non-executive director, namely Cui Yuzhi (Committee Chairman), Bao Yi, and Bai Yu.
