Edotco, a communications tower infrastructure operator under Axiata Group Bhd, has formed strategic partnerships with four Malaysian organisations, empowering local businesses by fostering connectivity of integrated solutions related to AI, 5G and smart technolgoy suite that encompasses autonomous vehicle control, IoT (Inter of Things) implementation, intelligent city and state administration, according to a Dec 11 press statement released by Edotco.

These strategic partnerships not only bring significant improvement to business processes but also revolutionise the nation's industrial landscape.

The four partners of Edotco include SEAX Malaysia Sdn Bhd which specialises in fibre connectivity that charts alternative routes to reduce redundancy, SmartSel Sdn Bhd which specialises in "smart state" that features flood detection system and waste management, MInD Mechatronic Intelligent Design Sdn Bhd which specialises in "smart cities and plantations" through IoT, automation, and data analytics, and lastly eMooVit Technology Sdn Bhd which specialises in driving solutions for buses and last-mile transport.

The strategic partnerships were officiated at the 11th TowerXchange Meetup Asia 2024, witnessed by Minister of Communications, YB Fahmi Fadzil and attended by key industry leaders and stakeholders.
