SEACON (02409.HK) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Jasper Shipping Ltd entered into a financing lease arrangement with CIMC Centaurus Limited yesterday (10th). It is reported that Jasper Shipping Ltd agreed to sell a Ship to CIMC Centaurus Limited for 3 million USD; and CIMC Centaurus Limited agreed to lease the Ship to Jasper Shipping Ltd for a period of 36 months.

SEACON stated that the aforementioned financing lease arrangement allows the group to obtain additional operating funds for the daily operations of the Ship. As for the financing lease arrangement, it can further enhance the group's cash flow, allowing the group to utilize internal financial resources more efficiently, which helps the group to continue growing in its main Business of providing shipping services and Ship management services.
