To ensure the normal operation of the Supervisory Board, the company will hold an employee representative meeting on December 10, 2024, during which Mr. Luo Yunxiang will be elected as the employee representative supervisor of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by the employee representative meeting until the end of the seventh Supervisory Board's term.
