Hunan Huamin Holdings' subsidiary, Dali Hongyu Smart New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dali Hongyu"), plans to invest in the construction of the "Hongxin New Energy Technology (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. rooftop distributed photovoltaic project." Dali Hongyu intends to sign relevant investment agreements with the Yunnan Xiangyun Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee regarding the aforementioned investment, with a total project investment of approximately 80 million yuan (specific investment amount to be subject to the final settled investment amount).
