(hereinafter referred to as "Cold Water River San A") participated in the bidding for the land use rights of the plot located in Taiping Village and Liuxi Village, Shatangwan Street Office, Cold Water River City, which was offered by the Cold Water River City Bureau of Natural Resources (Plot Number: GT2024-16) in October 2024, and successfully won the land use rights for the plot. Recently, Cold Water River San A signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract" with the Cold Water River City Bureau of Natural Resources. The Fill Price is 7.9 million yuan RMB.

The land use rights acquired by Cold Water River San A through this bidding are intended to be used for the construction needs of the "Annual Production of 0.026 Million Tons of Electronic Specialized Materials Silica Series Products Project". Obtaining this land use right is conducive to the smooth progress and implementation of the project, improving the company’s industrial layout, and aligning with the company's long-term Global Strategy.
