On December 10, Gelonghui reported that Guangdong Mingzhu Group (600382.SH) announced it had received a notification from its controlling shareholder Shenzhen Jinxinan and its concerted parties, Xingning Jinshun'an and Xingning City Zhongyifu, stating that due to the cancellation of repurchased shares, the total share capital has decreased, resulting in the combined shareholding ratio of Shenzhen Jinxinan and its concerted parties changing from 35.27% to 39.07%, with an equity change of 3.8%. To meet its own capital needs, Shenzhen Jinxinan signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Yinguodashenghui Strategy No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund on December 9, 2024. According to the agreement, Shenzhen Jinxinan intends to transfer 35,000,000 shares of unrestricted circulating stock (accounting for 5.04% of the company's total share capital) to Yinguodashenghui Strategy No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund through a transfer agreement. The transfer price is set at 4.5 yuan per share, making the total transfer amount 157.5 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Yinguodashenghui Strategy No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund will hold 35,000,000 shares, accounting for 5.04% of the company's total share capital, with an equity change of 5.04%.
