On December 10, Gelonghui reported that Zhejiang Feida Environmental Science & Technology (600526.SH) announced that recently, Ziguang Environmental successfully bid for the ecological industry Operation project of water resources in the Jinkengyuan block of Pujiang County at the Zhejiang Exchange, securing a 30-year Operation right for the project (referred to as the project or this project or the Pujiang project).

As the implementing entity for the company's Water Affairs eco-friendly projects, Ziguang Environmental established a Global Strategy oriented towards "systematic management of water, deeply implementing the integrated development of the entire Industry Chain of water resources, water environment, and water ecology." To further expand the eco-friendly Water Affairs market and enhance the company's core competitiveness, Ziguang Environmental participated in the bidding for the Pujiang project and successfully bid at the listing price of 1,647.13 million yuan. Ziguang Environmental established a wholly-owned project company, Pujiang Fuchun Ziguang Water Resources Co., Ltd. (referred to as the project company), in the project locality to operate this project, considering the working capital for the project company’s Operation period to be 15 million yuan, with an estimated total investment amount for this project of 1,662.13 million yuan.
