(referred to as "Huafa New energy Fund" or "Party B"), agreeing that Huafa New energy Fund will act as an agent for the purchase of electricity for Lihe Eco-friendly Concept in 2025, with the expected annual electricity fees for the electricity amount purchased by Huafa New energy Fund not exceeding 6 million yuan.
