(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Masayuki Komatsu, hereinafter referred to as Unimatrick) engaged in business support related to the housing industry, with the estimation system of "LIXIL business information" starting from December 10, 2024.

In the exterior industry, long working hours to comply with construction periods and issues such as labor shortages and aging are serious challenges. Moreover, there are many problems not only with construction but also with meetings and administrative processes, particularly delays in adapting to digital solutions and inefficiencies in ordering and receiving.
