According to ProdiLight, Unite Services has call centers on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of their headquarters and had to spend about 10 million yen to replace the aging business phone switch, which is why the highly functional cloud PBX "INNOVERA" was chosen that can significantly cut installation costs.
With the introduction of "INNOVERA," Unite Services can make calls from the headquarters' phone number regardless of location, and can select the outgoing phone number on their devices, greatly improving call efficiency.
