Zhito Finance APP News, Palinda Group (08179) announced that on December 9, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary Arrow Vision Limited plans to sell 100% of the issued share capital of Rainbow Fountain International Limited to Fruity Wine Trading Company Limited for 49.98 million Hong Kong dollars. The group is expected to realize a book profit of approximately 6.5 million Hong Kong dollars from the sale.

It is reported that the target company is an investment holding company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary is Rainbow Fountain. Rainbow Fountain mainly supplies self-cultivated grapes to winery businesses and has a vineyard in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, with a total area of about 80 hectares and a planted area of about 50.4 hectares.
