Rakumo <4060> announced on the 6th that it has published case study interviews regarding its implementation at the Abashiri City Hall in Hokkaido and the Ashikaga City Hall in Tochigi Prefecture.
The Abashiri City Hall implemented Google Workspace and rakumo services due to its ability to supplement the functions of Google Workspace at a low cost and its track record of use in universities and independent administrative agencies. After implementation, paper usage was reduced by about 30% compared to the previous year, and there was a remarkable improvement in the efficiency and speed of application and approval processes, smooth information sharing, and a convenient facility reservation environment.
The Ashikaga City Hall introduced Google Workspace and rakumo services due to the convenience of integrated management with Google Workspace accounts, the user-friendly UI for everyone, and the ability to supplement the functions of Google Workspace at a low cost. After implementation, improvements were realized in the efficiency and speed of application and approval processing, the convenience of scheduling inputs and confirmations, and facility reservations, as well as increased flexibility of bulletin boards through thumbnail displays and grouping, and reduced account management efforts during personnel changes. Furthermore, there are expectations for further expansion, including the broader use of rakumo workflows and the repurposing for communication across networks used by the Board of Education and individual schools.
The company is steadily progressing in acquiring projects in various industries (e.g., mainland education, municipalities, construction, healthcare, etc.) that it focuses on under its industry-specific segment marketing strategy, and it plans to continue to focus on expanding rakumo products.
