Dynagreen env (01330.HK) announced that last Friday (6th), it received notification from shareholder Great Wall Life, that between September 10 and December 5 this year, it increased its shareholding in the company by 0.4 million A-shares and 14.288 million listed in hong kong shares through a centralized auction on the exchange, totaling an increase of 14.688 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.05% of the company's total share capital.

After the shareholding increase, Great Wall Life holds nearly 0.114 billion shares of the company, with its holding percentage rising from approximately 7.11% to about 8.16%.
