According to the announcement of Yunnan Water (06839) on the Zhongtong Finance and Economics APP, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited was appointed as the company's auditor for the fiscal year 2023 at the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 28, 2023, and will serve until the end of the company's 2024 annual general meeting. As the appointment process of the auditor for the fiscal year 2024 is not completed by then, the company has continued to sign a service agreement with Deloitte to provide continued audit review services for the company's 2024 interim financial information.

Following the selection of the company's auditor for the fiscal year 2024, the board of directors, upon obtaining the recommendation of the company's audit committee, proposed to appoint Zhonghuan Accounting Firm (Special General Partners) and FURui Maze Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's auditors for China and international for the fiscal year 2024, respectively. The term of Zhonghuan and FURui Maze shall commence after the temporary shareholders' meeting until the end of the company's 2025 annual general meeting, with a remuneration of 4.72 million RMB (excluding the 2024 interim review fee). However, approval by the shareholders at the temporary shareholders' meeting and completion of the takeover process by FURui Maze are required before implementation.
