According to an announcement from Zhituo Finance APP, Renco Holdings (02323) has stated that the company and its auditor, Zhonghui Anda Accounting Firm (“Zhonghui”), have been unable to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024; therefore, Zhonghui has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 6, 2024.

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Zhihua Xinqin Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. (“Zhihua Xinqin”) has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective December 6, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhonghui's resignation. The term of Zhihua Xinqin will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
