The Director of the Companies Registry of the Cayman Islands issued the Certificate of Registration of the Company's Change of Name on November 7, 2024.

The Director of the Companies Registry in Hong Kong issued the "Certificate of Registration of Change of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company" on November 29, 2024, confirming that the new Chinese and English names of the company have been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong).

Starting from 9:00 a.m. on December 13, 2024, the English stock short name used for trading the company's shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "HANDS FORM HLDG" to "CHINA WACAN", and the Chinese name will be changed from "Hands Form Holdings" to "China Wacan". The company's stock code "1920" on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged.
