ITMax and Aim Force Software Sdn Bhd have mutually agreed to terminate the agreement with regard to the previously announced interest to acquire a 70% equity state in the company by ITMax.

The announcement was made back in August 2023 for Proposed Acquisition, both parties have entered into a Mutual Termination Agreement to terminate, rescind and revoke the agreement.
