Gelonghui, December 6th丨Brightstar tech Group (08446.HK) announced that Chen Lijun has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director. After Chen's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee, and the nomination committee. The following appointments will take effect from December 6, 2024: (i) Chen Zhipeng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; and (ii) Li Bing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
