The original fundraising project planned to use a net fundraising amount of 172.4506 million yuan, while the new project plans to use 173.427 million yuan (including the net fundraising amount and part of the interest generated). The remaining net fundraising amount, cumulative interest generated, and cash management earnings (after deducting bank fees, based on the balance of funds in the special account) will still be stored and managed in the special account, pending new projects or new funding requirements in the future to carry out the corresponding review and disclosure procedures to determine the final use of that portion of funds.
