On December 5th, Gelonghui reported that Moon Environment Technology (000811.SZ) announced that China Postal Savings Bank recently issued a "Letter of Commitment for Share Buyback and Increase Loan" to the company's controlling shareholder, Yantai Guofeng Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yantai Guofeng"), agreeing to provide a shareholding loan of no more than 80 million yuan to Yantai Guofeng for increasing its shareholding in Moon Environment Technology A-shares, with a term not exceeding one year.

From September 19, 2024, to September 27, 2024, Yantai Guofeng's concerted actor, Yantai Guotai Chengfeng Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Chengfeng"), cumulatively increased its shareholding in the company by 5,881,931 shares through the centralized bidding trading method via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system, accounting for 0.77% of the company's total share capital. Yantai Guofeng and its concerted actor Guotai Chengfeng plan to increase their shareholding in the company through the centralized bidding trading method within six months from the announcement date, with a minimum increase of 0.61% of the current total share capital (i.e., 4,695,500 shares), and not exceeding 1.23% of the current total share capital (i.e., 9,391,100 shares). If the total number of shares decreases due to buybacks or other reasons before the completion of the increase plan, the number of shares increased will not exceed 1.23% of the reduced total number of shares.
