(referred to as "Anhui Huatai") regarding the suspension of operation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Wensheng Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Anhui Wensheng Medical Instruments (Huaining) Co., Ltd.

Given the significant changes in the market for virus in vitro diagnostic reagents compared to 2022, the operational status and market prospects of Anhui Wensheng Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anhui Wensheng") and its subsidiary Anhui Wensheng Medical Instruments (Huaining) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaining Wensheng") are poor.
