(hereinafter referred to as: Jinshan Trading), intends to act as one of the initiators, together with a legal entity shareholder other than the company, to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company named Fujian Jinsen Dayou Forestry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Joint Venture Company; provisional name, subject to registration by the market supervision and management authority). The registered capital of the joint venture company is 10 million yuan, and the wholly-owned subsidiary Jinshan Trading will contribute 6 million yuan and hold 60% equity of the joint venture company.
