On December 5, Klon Holdings reported that South Korea's storage chip giant SK Hynix announced on Thursday that in order to consolidate its leadership position in the field of artificial intelligence (ai) memory, two new departments specializing in the development and mass production of next-generation artificial intelligence (ai) chips were established in the company's annual organizational adjustment. The newly appointed Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Chief Production Officer (CPO) will lead the new departments together with the existing three executives responsible for marketing, technology, and enterprise center operation.
