According to the China Fortune APP, Morgan Stanley released a research report stating that Netease-S (09999) will launch "Marvel Rivals" globally tomorrow (December 6th). Currently, the game ranks in top 2 on the Steam free wish list. Due to a larger fan base and shooter game players, Morgan Stanley expects its overseas revenue to exceed that of domestic. Based on Overwatch, the bank predicts that "Marvel Rivals" will contribute 2-3 billion RMB in revenue annually.

The bank stated that the previous feedback on "Marvel Rivals" leaned towards the positive, and currently its monetization methods are battle passes and character skins. Also, since this is a pure PC game, there will not be high-frequency data available for tracking. "Marvel Rivals" introduces innovative linked skills based on Marvel comics and movie settings. It is a third-person game similar to "Overwatch", with 29 Marvel superheroes set to debut upon release.
