In response to the increasingly severe epidemic, Yongsheng Services quickly initiated emergency plans. On the third day of the year, Xuhui Wuhan set up a material aid working group and issued the “Material Assistance Work Guidelines”, which clearly stipulate material categories and standards, division of labor, procurement procedures, counterpart hospitals, transportation methods, confirmation methods, etc., to ensure that the work is carried out in an orderly manner.
At 19:00 p.m., the first batch of reinforcements from Xuhui's Special Fund for Combating Pneumonia — 1,488 boxes, totaling 744,000 pairs of medical gloves, were all loaded and departed from Shanghai to Wuhan.

On the fourth day of the year, at around 6 a.m., Zou Wuchao, deputy general manager of Wuhan Xuhui, led the materials team members Xu Jingjing and Wang Wei to the highway entrance to ensure that the supplies truck was received as soon as possible.
At 9:42, Xu Hui donated the first batch of materials to Wuhan. 1,488 boxes totaling 744,000 pairs of medical gloves arrived at the Wuhan Fuhe Expressway toll gate.
At around 12 noon, the Wuhan Xuhui Materials Working Group delivered a total of 400 boxes and 200,000 pairs of medical gloves to Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital.
At 14:00 p.m., 386 boxes totaling 193,000 pairs of medical gloves and 1,620 sets of protective clothing arrived at Wuhan No. 9 Hospital.
At 14:59 p.m., the remaining 300 boxes and 150,000 pairs of medical gloves from the first batch of relief supplies were delivered to Wuhan Hankou Hospital, and 400 boxes of 200,000 pairs of medical gloves arrived at Wuhan No. 3 Hospital.
At around 15:00 p.m., the working group contacted the courier company and went to the goggle supplier's supply office.
At 19:00 p.m., 960 goggles were sent by SF Express to the destination of Wuhan No. 9 Hospital.

On the fifth morning of the first day of the year, members of the anti-epidemic donation team urgently contacted supplies and ordered supplies.
At 17:56 p.m., 6,000 medical masks collected by Shandong Xuhui Yinshengtai Company arrived at Wuhan No. 3 Hospital.
At around 18:00 p.m., Xuhui's anti-epidemic task force once again successfully ordered supplies and purchased 750,000 additional pairs of medical gloves.

At 13:34 noon on the 6th day of the year, 150 pieces of protective clothing sent by Xuhui from Northeast China successfully arrived at Wuhan Central Hospital.
In the afternoon, the second batch of reinforcements from Xuhui's Special Fund for Combating Pneumonia, 750,000 pairs of medical gloves were loaded separately. Of these, 100,000 pairs were sent to Oriental Hospital affiliated to Tongji University in Shanghai, and 650,000 pairs were sent to Wuhan.

At around 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of the year, the second batch of reinforcements arrived in Wuhan. Xuhui's working group handed over supplies transportation volunteers from Wuhan Hanyang Hospital.
At 13:38, Xuhui's Wuhan working group delivered 500,000 pairs of medical gloves from the second batch of reinforcements to Wuhan Zhongnan Hospital.
At 13:46, 25,000 pairs of medical gloves were delivered to Hanyang Hospital with the help of volunteers.
At around 16:00 p.m., a total of 125,000 pairs of medical gloves were delivered to Jingmen No. 1 Hospital and the Jingmen Red Cross.
On the same day, Xuhui Group donated 960 goggles to the Ninth Hospital, 240 pairs of surgical slippers for nurses from the Wuhan Division to the National Medical Team, and supplies such as 12 wheelchairs and 500 KN95 masks donated to Peking Union Medical College Hospital were successfully delivered.
On the same day, Xuhui Commercial announced that with its determination to “advance and retreat with merchants, watch and help each other,” Xuhui Commercial announced that it will cut the rent of all its merchants in Xuhui Plaza, Xuhuili, and Xuhui Market from January 25 to February 9, by half.

On the 8th day of the year, at 2 a.m., the administrative partners at Xuhui headquarters are still connecting with supplier resources. Each of them has to connect with 200-300 suppliers across the country for screening.
At 8:58 a.m., Lin Feng, CEO of Xuhui Holdings, once again mobilized in the group's general manager group: “All raw materials, goggles, protective clothing, and masks can be purchased by Xuhui's special fund to fight pneumonia; it only requires supplies.”

On the same day, Xuhui's Wuhan Supplies Working Group contacted Ezhou Central Hospital, Zhongxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine one after another to provide material support to hospitals around Wuhan.

On the 9th day of the year, Xu Hui Lingyu announced a policy to reduce housing rent by half or extend the rental period for 15 days in February for tenants of the Zumiyu Wuhan store who were unable to return in time due to the closure of the city, and to Hubei tenants who were unable to return in time in other city stores.

Xuhui's Special Fund for Combating Pneumonia completed the third batch of procurement of materials to assist Wuhan: 500,000 pairs of medical gloves, 8,920 pairs of goggles, 880 masks, 2 ventilators, 50 infusion pumps, 100 injection pumps, 5 defibrillators, and 2,000 N95 masks.
At 22:00 p.m., all teachers, students, employees, and parents of students from Zhongxu School affiliated to East China Normal University, a subsidiary of Zhongxu Tianxia Education, donated a total of 102,200 yuan for the purchase of special medical gloves and donated them to the First People's Hospital in Liangjiang New Area.

At 7:00 a.m., several supplies purchased by the Xuhui Group headquarters working group, such as medical equipment, goggles, masks, medical gloves, and masks, were put in place one after another.
In the afternoon, the staff continued to inspect the materials, unpack and conduct spot checks, and inventory the materials to ensure that they were error-free and carried onto the bus.
At 17:30 p.m., the third batch of vehicles donated by Xuhui Group went to Wuhan. Adhering to the principle that “time is life”. The loading colleagues made plans in advance according to the location of the goods in the truck and loaded the truck in a “last in, first out” order to ensure quick and efficient unloading at the hospital.

At around 11:00 a.m., the Wuhan Materials Working Group delivered 320 masks, 2 ventilators, 50 infusion pumps, 100 injection pumps, and 5 defibrillators from the third batch of supplies to Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital.
At around 14-15 p.m., with the help of volunteers, 20 boxes of 10,000 pairs of medical gloves and 560 masks were successfully delivered to Wuhan No. 8 Hospital; 100 boxes of 50,000 pairs of medical gloves and 500 pairs of goggles arrived at Wuhan No. 4 Hospital.
At around 15:00 p.m., the Wuhan Materials Working Group delivered 200 boxes, 100,000 pairs of medical gloves, and 2,000 pairs of goggles to Tianyou Hospital affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology.
At 16:17 p.m., the Wuhan Materials Working Group and volunteers handed over relief supplies at high speed and delivered 2,000 pairs of goggles and 280 boxes of 140,000 pairs of medical gloves to Yichang Central Hospital; 1,000 pairs of goggles and 200 boxes of 100,000 pairs of medical gloves to Zhongxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 1,000 pairs of goggles and 200 boxes of 100,000 pairs of medical gloves to Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Up to now, Xuhui Group has donated 157 sets of medical equipment, 2.24 million pairs of medical gloves, 13,700 pairs of goggles, 2,720 masks, 8,900 N95 masks, 150 pieces of protective clothing, and several other supplies such as wheelchairs, protective clothing, and surgical slippers through various channels.
On the same day, Yongsheng Service collaborated with Dr. Chunya to jointly provide 7*24 hours of free online consultation for Yongsheng owners; in collaboration with TAL, Good Future, Enlightenment, and Enlightenment, a 100-day charity class was held.

As of 21:35, the Xuhui Group's volunteer group of party members will send the donated 225,000 pairs of medical gloves to the Pediatric Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Shanghai Tongji Hospital, respectively.
