Granolhui December 4th | Tempus Hold (06880.HK) announced that on November 4, 2024, in accordance with Article 670 of the company's regulations (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), an application has been made to the Hong Kong High Court seeking an order to convene a meeting of the csi enterprise bond index holders to consider and, if appropriate, approve (with or without modifications) the debt repayment arrangement proposed by the company. The court hearing is scheduled for January 23, 2025. The company will issue further announcements in due course to inform its shareholders and potential investors of the latest developments. Trading in the shares remains suspended.
