It is reported by Zhitong Finance APP that Futian Holdings (08196) announced that on December 4, 2024, the shareholders of Guangzhou Huanke Eco-friendly Concept Technology passed the resolution for capital injection, increasing the registered capital of Guangzhou Huanke Eco-friendly Concept Technology from RMB 68 million to RMB 74.76 million, and resolved that the shareholders of Guangzhou Huanke Eco-friendly Concept Technology should inject capital according to their existing equity ratio in Guangzhou Huanke Eco-friendly Concept Technology.

After the capital injection is completed, the total amount contributed by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Zhongke Jianyu to Guangzhou Huanke Eco-friendly Concept Technology will increase from RMB 3.4 million to RMB 3.738 million, while the company's equity in Guangzhou Huanke Eco-friendly Concept Technology will remain unchanged at 5%.

The announcement stated that Guangzhou Zhongke Jianyu's participation in the capital injection will facilitate cooperation with the above-mentioned shareholders of Guangzhou Huanke Eco-friendly Concept Technology and further enhance the group's brand image by continuing to participate in large eco-friendly projects in densely populated areas of Guangzhou.
