1. Company Overview

The company said, “Digitally create the future of business, create the future of business with users. It all starts with the user experience.” With a vision, we are developing a SIPS (Strategic Internet Professional Services) business that provides DX and digital marketing support utilizing internet technology to companies and governments. Specifically, they are drafting digital marketing policies, supporting new business development, design design to achieve desired CX, developing owned media and applications, digital advertising and SEO operations, sales/introduction support/operation of various marketing tools, EC construction support, etc., and it is characteristic that all of these are being promoted starting from CX improvements.

The company was established in 1999, was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mother's Market in 2008, and transitioned to the growth market due to the reorganization of the same market division in 2022/4. A capital and business alliance with NTT DATA was announced in 2019/2, and after a tender offer of shares, NTT DATA became the largest shareholder holding 48.5% of the company's shares in March of the same year. The number of employees at the end of 2024/3 was 189.
