The report cites an internal notice from Tesla, indicating affected workers do not need to work from Tuesday to Thursday but will still receive their wages. This is not the first time Tesla has requested workers to stop working. In October, some workers reported that Tesla asked them to go home or re-train during working hours. An analyst stated that the work stoppage indicates weak market demand for the Cybertruck.
