Based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, after friendly consultation among the shareholders of Fluorosilicon Yicheng, Do-fluoride new materials subscribed to 204 million yuan of newly increased registered capital with cash funds; Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. subscribed to 196 million yuan of newly increased registered capital with cash funds. After the completion of this capital increase, the investment ratios of each shareholder in Fluorosilicon Yicheng will remain unchanged.
