On December 3, Grorui announced that recently the company signed the "Share Transfer and Investment Agreement of Zhejiang Fanshuang Technology Co., Ltd." with Fanshuang Technology, Shu Xiaojun, Chen Liya, Wang Bowen, Shuangcheng Tongchuang, Hangzhou Shuanglian Tongchuang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Hangzhou Fanshuang Tongchuang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Zone Zhihui Shangqian Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Zhao Yanpeng, Cheng Hao, Hangzhou Caitong Xinruitai Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), and Chen Ling. The company plans to use its own funds of RMB 40 million to participate in the equity listing transaction of Fanshuang Technology's registered capital of RMB 3.568 million held by Shuangcheng Tongchuang, Chen Liya, and Wang Bowen. After this transaction, the company will hold 5.33% of Fanshuang Technology's shares, making Fanshuang Technology a subsidiary of the company.

The company plans to enter the low-altitude economic track through investment in the anti-drone business by acquiring 5.33% of Fanshuang Technology's shares, to promote deep cooperation between the company and Fanshuang Technology at the business level. Hangzhou dbappsecurity co., ltd. plans to establish a holding joint venture company with Fanshuang Technology to develop related technologies and intellectual property of software codes such as the anti-drone control platform and flight control platform, gradually completing research and development and technological accumulation in the low-altitude security field and seizing the opportunity of rapid development in the low-altitude economy.
