(Maynilad) (which is the group's Philippines associate company, and the group will fully consolidate Maynilad's performance) shares for independent listing on the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Maynilad provides water supply and sewerage services in the "West" of the Greater Manila area, covering 11 cities in Metro Manila and three cities and three municipalities in Cavite province.
