CITIC Securities (06030) announced that CSI MTN Limited, a subsidiary of its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Securities International, established a subsidiary on March 29, 2022, with a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or the equivalent amount in other currencies) of overseas medium-term note program (referred to as MTN Program), which is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, citic sec (06030) announced that its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary, citic sec International, established a medium-term note program (hereinafter referred to as the MTN program) on March 29, 2022, with a total principal amount of up to 3 billion dollars (or the equivalent in other mmf), which is guaranteed by citic sec International. The issuer issued a note under the MTN program amounting to 12 million dollars on December 2, 2024.
After this issuance, the principal balance of the notes issued by the issuer under the MTN program totals 2.003 billion dollars.
