This acquisition marks Mah Sing's third in Mukim Pulai, following the purchase of M Tiara 2 in April 2024 and M Tiara in June 2023. M Tiara 3 is envisioned to include spacious super-linked homes, with built-up areas ranging from 22'x70' to 28'x60', starting at RM780,000.

Mah Sing's Founder and Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato' Sri Leong Hoy Kum, expressed confidence in the strong demand for properties in Johor, particularly with the upcoming Johor-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) project, expected to boost interest in the area. He also highlighted the success of M Tiara, which has seen over 14,000 registrations of interest and a 100% take-up rate for international lots in its first two phases.

M Tiara 3 is part of Mah Sing's M Series developments, offering larger, premium homes to cater to a broader range of buyers. It is strategically located with excellent connectivity via major highways and is near educational institutions, shopping malls, and recreational facilities. The development is poised to attract Singaporean homebuyers, professionals working in Singapore, and upgraders from nearby townships.

Mah Sing has a strong presence in Johor, having launched its first township in the region in 2000, with approximately 17,000 units sold in the area to date. The group remains optimistic about the Johor property market, driven by upcoming infrastructure projects like the RTS and the potential KL-Singapore high-speed rail, which will enhance connectivity and stimulate economic growth in the region.
