The company announced the acquisition of fixed assets and the opening of new stores for the karaoke facility operation business developed by its consolidated subsidiary, Tetsujin Enterprise. The stores targeted for acquisition are scheduled to be rebranded under the "Karaoke BanBan" brand and newly opened. With the participation of the targeted stores in the company group, sharing of human resources and knowledge related to DX with the stores currently operated by the group, as well as improved operational efficiency through joint purchasing of consumables, is anticipated.
