Healthcare and beauty skincare company Cao Ji Group passed the listing hearing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with AgBank International as the exclusive sponsor.
Preliminary data shows that the group focuses on developing, selling, and marketing its own brands of healthcare products and beauty skincare products, operating a total of 8 proprietary brands, including Cao Ji, ZINO, Orthodox, Meiwu, Nanbu, Nanji, Green Health Camp, and Enchanted, currently owning 33 self-operated stores and 2 brand experience centers. As of the end of June this year, the group recorded revenue of 0.118 billion yuan, a 3.2% year-on-year decline, while net profit for the period fell by 59.1% to 7.483 million yuan.
The group was founded in 1999 by artist Kwok Chun On and his sister Kwok Chi Yan, with Kwok Chi Yan holding approximately 90% of the shares before the listing, making her one of the controlling shareholders. She also serves as the CEO, executive director, and chairperson of the board, while Kwok Chun On serves as a non-executive director and the group's spokesperson.
