The land is located to the north of Yongding Road and west of Yongxing River in Langfang City, Hebei Province, covering an area of 70,546.27 square meters. The land is designated for burial-related uses. The group plans to use the land for the development and sale of graves. According to the state-owned land use rights transfer agreement, construction will begin before February 27, 2026, and be completed before February 26, 2028.
