Best Pacific (02111.HK) announced the acquisition of industrial land located in Nghe An Province, Vietnam, with a total area of 511,834 square meters, from an independent third party, VSIP Nghe An, which is planned for the construction of a production center. The cash consideration is 28.66 million USD (approximately 0.224 billion HKD), and it is intended to be paid using internal resources and/or bank loans.
