The bid submission from Tianchen Energy Technology for the Minning Green Electric Town Yiyang Green Storage 100MW/200MWh shared energy storage power station project energy storage system integration tender document has been accepted. Tianchen Energy Technology has been confirmed as the winning bidder, with a bid amount of RMB 123,712,880. Due to disagreements between Tianchen Energy Technology ('Party B') and Ningxia Yiyang ('Party A') on payment methods, payment schedule, and related business conditions and contract terms of this bid, both parties have decided to terminate the bid and signed an agreement. The termination of this bid cooperation is a result of the company's control over fund risk, protection of company interests, and mutual agreement, and it will not affect the company's future development strategy and operation planning, without posing any harm to the company and shareholders.
