CITIC Securities (06030) announced that CSI MTN Limited, a subsidiary of its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Securities International, established a subsidiary on March 29, 2022, with a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or the equivalent amount in other currencies) of overseas medium-term note program (referred to as MTN Program), which is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.
China Securities (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, China Securities International's affiliate CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor), established an overseas medium-term note program on March 29, 2022, with a maximum principal amount of 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies), guaranteed by China Securities International. The issuer issued a note under the MTN program on November 29, 2024, with an issuance amount of 15.7 million US dollars.
After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the MTN program amounts to 1.991 billion US dollars.
