On November 28, the "Data Security Community Plan Members Conference (2024)" organized by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology ("China ICCT") Security Research Institute and hosted by the Big Data Application and Security Innovation Laboratory was successfully held in Beijing. Chen Guangyan stated that Aurora GPTBots is a no-code tool for creating AIBots. By integrating mainstream large language models such as ChatGPT, LLaMA, Zhiyu, Kimi, Doubao, Wenxin Yiyan, and Tongyi Qianwen from both domestic and international sources, it provides standardized interfaces for enterprises, helping them quickly apply the capabilities of large models for production operations and management decision-making, achieving an intelligent transformation.

Chen Guangyan introduced a typical case of Aurora GPTBots in building intelligent customer service: GameWorld, a global leading game platform, utilized GPTBots for automated interaction, multi-language support, and intelligent ticket allocation, resulting in a 50% release of artificial customer service resources, an increase in customer satisfaction from 70% to 95%, and a reduction in average response time from 10 minutes to 15 seconds, saving up to 4 million dollars annually.

When it comes to data security, Chen Guangyan emphasized that Aurora Mobile places a high priority on data security and privacy protection, and has taken a series of measures:

Model security management: When accessing large language models, a secure communication mechanism is established with model manufacturers to ensure the safety of the model access process and technical data.

Content security review: In addition to ensuring the access security of the large model itself, Aurora Mobile collaborates with multiple content security vendors to leverage their rich experience in security review, ensuring that the content generated through models and tools complies with public safety, social morality, and universal human values.

Global multi-point deployment: Aurora Mobile strictly adheres to the laws and regulations of various countries and regions, deploying multiple Huawei Cloud and Amazon Cloud data nodes globally to ensure legal compliance and data security.

Private deployment: Aurora Mobile can provide enterprises with private deployment solutions, where models and data run in the environment specified by the client, effectively protecting client data and information security.
