Evergrande (03333.HK) announced that the liquidation hearing is scheduled to be held at 10:00 am on February 27, 2025. The postponement of the hearing will determine: the ultimate holders' representatives; the manner in which the liquidator requests information from individuals claiming to be bondholders of the company; the manner in which the liquidator seeks intentions from creditors interested in potentially forming a review committee member; and the mechanism for nominating potential members of the review committee at a later stage.

The company has suspended trading since January 29 this year and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
