From November 30 to November 29, the inaugural meeting of the Guangdong Capital Market M&A and New Quality M&A Forum was successfully held in Guangzhou. The event was co-hosted by GF Securities Co., Ltd. (“GF Securities” or the “Company”), the Guangdong Association of Listed Companies and Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. As of October, listed companies in Guangdong have completed more than 30 mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions this year, involving more than 10 billion yuan. As one of the earliest securities companies in the industry to organize professional M&A theme forums on a systematic and large-scale basis, GF Securities will continue to carry out various forms of training and exchange activities on mergers, acquisitions and restructuring and market value management topics in the future. Through forums, seminars, and one-on-one exchanges and training on topics related to mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, market value management, etc., we promptly and comprehensively publicize policy developments and explain relevant regulations, market tools, and operating rules. At the same time, the company will continue to further explore the M&A needs of enterprise customers in the Greater Bay Area in accordance with the work deployment requirements of the Guangdong Provincial Committee and provincial government, track the M&A needs of central state-owned enterprises, leading enterprise groups and important subsidiaries at a high frequency, promote the implementation of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring projects, and contribute widely to serving the regional economy.
