Great Wall Securities, November 29th | Simplicity Hldg (08367.HK) announced that the board of directors recommends implementing a share capital reorganization, involving (i) combining every 20 shares of issued shares with a face value of HK$0.01 per share into one share of combined issued shares with a face value of HK$0.20 per share as the reference merged share; (ii) reducing the share capital by canceling any remaining fractional combined shares among the merged shares in the issued share capital immediately following the share consolidation, rounding down the total number of combined shares in the issued share capital to the nearest whole number, and reducing the face value of each issued combined share from HK$0.20 to HK$0.0001; and (iii) splitting unissued statutory shares into 100 shares of new shares with a face value of HK$0.0001 per share.
