According to the announcement by Synertone (01613) on the Intelligent Financial APP, all conditions have been met, and the completion of the subscription matters has been implemented on November 29, 2024, in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement. After the completion, the company has issued and allotted 74.176 million shares of subscription shares to independent third-party subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.28 per share.
The net proceeds from the subscription matters amount to approximately HK$20.7 million and will be allocated for the purchase of inventory for the smart phone distribution business and the group's administrative operations fund.
